Description
Some of the templates in the same theme have a DOCTYPE of XHTML 1.0 STRICT and some 1.1 Transitional.
If using 1.0 you additionally need lang="<!--[lang]-->" as well as xml:lang="<!--[lang]-->" in the html tag.
