strange character after upload file

Description

Hello,

Just after to have upload a new file for Admin upload, I saw the new file add to the list which the informations from
other files are display correctly, the informations for the file that I just upload containt strange character, special
characters like é, è, à are replace by a chinese character.

After a refresh it's displaying correctly.
