Cache-Folder configuration

I'm using the current svn version 29.07.08.

The reference point for the relative folder is NOT the webroot!
MediaAttach? uses the Zikula installation folder as reference point.

Of course it's working if Zikula is in the root folder installed, but if zikula is in a subfolder installed you might run into some problems.

E.g.

webroot.de/zk installaion folder of zikula
webroot.de/cache Cache-Folder of mediaattach

Working configuration:
../cache

Expected configuration:
cache

Hi,

there was a permission rule missing, now you can add comments.

I think this problem is related to having Zikula in a sub directory. Will have to retest this.
