BlankTheme SVN still down

When i try to $svn update my local copy i get:

svn: requirement PROPFIND failed at '/svn/blanktheme'
svn: PROPFIND of '/svn/blanktheme': Could not read status line: Secure connection truncated ( https://trac.postnuke.com)

When i try to $svn commit -m "... i get:

svn: commit failed:
svn: requirement OPTIONS failed in '/svn/blanktheme/themes/freecsstemplates'
svn: OPTIONS of '/svn/blanktheme/themes/freecsstemplates': Could not read status line: Secure connection truncated ( https://trac.postnuke.com)

BlankTheme? project still not functioning with a checkout.

Finally fixed, ~/trac/svn/$projectname/conf/authz needs to be utf-8 and wants a closing empty line.
