Description

Strange date issue (English only, does not appear in German), see
http://community.zikula.org/module-Forum-viewtopic-topic-55044.htm - hack provided does work, but is no solution.

We also still need to test against Zafenio 3 code.

We have a related additional time zone issue after upgrades to Zikula - forum tz is set to GMT -12.
